PvE Mo/XX - The Smooth Healer
Profession: Mo/XX [XX anything]
Name: The Smooth Healer
Type: PvE

13-16 Healing Prayers: 12 + 3 (superior) +1 (scalp)
Rest Attributes are Adjustable on your choice

Holy Veil - (No Attributes)
Healing Touch - (healing prayers)
Healing Breeze - (healing prayers) or Blessed Sig (Divine)
Summary:
Focus of this build is to keep healing as well as managing your energy. Have tried this build in FoW/UW/SF + in all four Titan quest, including the final one.
was able to keep-up team members even thought i was the only healer. One suggestion read & understand your skills before using them.

Lack of energy management stands out. Word is good, but I wouldnt try running on it alone. Then again i'm not really sure how critical that is in PvE.
It is surprising to see that you have hex removal, not something you often see on PvE monks in my experience. I would also reccomend Mend Ailment, however. Conditions can be as much of a pain as hexes, especially if your warriors/rangers get blinded. I would consider dropping Healing Touch for this skill.
As far as attributes go, it's a pure healer, so it would seem illogical to run anything other than:
16 (12+4) Healing Prayers
13 (12+1) Divine Favour
4 (3+1) Protection Prayers (Incase you do decide on mend ailment, left over points in here. It doesn't make a huge difference though.)
Aside from all that, pretty nice build.

totally agree. even with the attributes. you want divine high to help with your heals.
healing breeze should heal through any hexes on your party. I would also drop holy veil and take mend ailment. i would rather heal through conjure phantasm than have all my warriors blind.
i'd drop either healing breeze or seed. you could drop seed and take vigorous spirit. it only cost 5.

Err, firstly, I think you mean Sig of Devotion
I've used similar builds before, and if you play it right, energy will not be a problem. However, I suspect many people will have problems using it, for exactly the same reason that PUG heal monks run out of energy so often.
That pronlem is Healing Breeze. At +9 regen, breeze heals for 180 hp (or 216 if you have a 20% enchanting mod). That sounds nice, but there's a catch. If the target's hp hits full at any point in those 10s, that healing is wasted. With no active energy managment, you need to watch your energy carefully. If you slap breeze on someone, then promptly heal them, you've wasted a ton of energy. If someone who is not under heavy fire, takes a glancing blow, and you use breeze to heal 50 damage, thats more wasted energy. Breeze needs to be saved for situations where a target is taking heavy, repeasted damage, or when you need to heal a considerable amount of damage, and feel safe taking 10s to do it.
I'm glad to see Dwayna's Kiss in the build. With all the Pront monks around these days, there's no real lack of enchantments. Unless you trigger the bonus on Word, Kiss will be your most energy-efficent heal.
While the bonus on Word is great, don't feel obligated to trigger it. That is, don't try and wait untill your target is under 50% to use it. Doing so can kill people. With all the heals at your disposal, it won't be hard to keep someone above 50%. If they do dip below 50%, Word is a nice safety net.
That build, is almost exactly the build I use in PvE when I go full-heal. In place of Holy Veil, I bring Essence Bond (for SF farming), Mend Ailment, or Vigorus Spirit.

I dont know somehow im not running outta energy, tested in THK also in Hells
& i always love carrying touch.. since its better than orioson
i carry holy veil cuz just to remove hexes from team-mates + just in case if im in need of energy i can load up veil on someone and use blessed sig.. but again i havent faced that problem yet.

Blessed Sig.....For each "Enchantment" you are maintaining, you gain 3 Energy, maximum 3-20.
so you keep holy veil cuz you want to remove hexes and it allows you to bring blessed signet...which gives you 3 energy......
unless you're running 3 or 4 enchantments i can't see that skill taking up space on your bar.
vigorous spirit is a much better choice imo.
